What do we know so far?

(12/5/09) Director David Slade has let fans know via his Twitter that they are hard at work on Eclipse as it goes through the editing process.

(7/29/09) Rachelle releases a statement to Access Hollywood explaining her side of the story. Hours later, Summit releases their own statement that rebuts all of Rachelle's claims.

(7/28/09) Summit Entertainment announces that Bryce Dallas Howard will replace Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria.

(4/22/09) Summit Entertainment announces that David Slade will direct Eclipse!

(3/12/09) The LA Times reports that Juan Antonio Bayona will NOT be directing Eclipse. Still no word from Summit.

(3/11/09) Variety.com reports that Juan Antonio Bayona will be directing Eclipse. Summit has yet to confirm the news, but Variety is a very reliable source.

(2/20/09) The film will not be directed by New Moon director Chris Weitz. This is because he'll still be working on new Moon when work for Eclipse needs to begin.
