Description: Charles is "Makenna's maize-haired mate" (Breaking Dawn, pg. 720) who claims to know when he's hearing the truth. He and Makenna are witnesses that follow the Volturi to Forks. They choose to leave as soon as they share their opinion that the Cullens are innocent.
